I am running a game for Anton and the group, so his efforts here are for himself really, I just provided the lead and the impetus. It is a role playing game set in Constantinople at the time of the Turkish conquest. The massive pile of lead generic medievals for the Christians was never an issue, the more colorful and exotic Turks and friends were the hang up. That is originally, now with the stupefying overtime Anton is working the actual gaming has become a complete hash around here. My own children's commitments are also ridiculous for the next three weeks, but things get much smoother afterward and we will hopefully have a good time with that adventure. This also why my own gaming has been turning toward shorter smaller games of late (Gangs of Rome, Chariot Race etc).
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like great fun. Gangs of Rome almost pulled me in but sanity overcame desire with all the other projects I have going on.
